WHY BLACK STALLION B.V. NEEDS SOME OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

If you are a potential supplier for goods or services, Black Stallion B.V. may contact you in the capacity as your company's contact person, using your business contact details if these are known publicly (for example in your employer's website).
In addition, Black Stallion B.V. may use your personal data (limited to the data in your capacity as contact person for your company or employer) in relation to negotiations about, and the execution of a contract or agreement between Black Stallion B.V. and you, respectively your employer or company, usually in relation to the purchase or sale of services or products.
Black Stallion B.V. will make all reasonable efforts to limit your personal data stored or processed, to the data that are absolutely necessary to contact you in your role as an owner and/or representative of an organization and/or company, and will refrain from storing or processing any personal data about you than listed above.
While Black Stallion B.V. may contact the contact persons of its (potential) suppliers or (potential) customers with offers, requests for offers, requests for appointments and other standard business communications, Black Stallion B.V. will NOT use such personal data about you for mass communications, unsolicited news letters or any other generic communication, not specifically intended for you in your business role.
Black Stallion B.V. may occasionally issue news communications, but will ONLY send these to those persons and organizations that have specifically agreed to subscribe to these. A simple e-mail or phone call to us is sufficient to cancel such subscription. Also, any such news communication will contain a link to cancel the subscription.
HOW LONG WILL BLACK STALLION B.V. STORE PERSONAL DATA
Black Stallion B.V. will not keep and store your personal data any longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose for which your data have been collected. If no business activities, contracts or agreements are achieved between Black Stallion B.V. and you, your employer or your own company, your personal data will be deleted after two years. If we acquire knowledge that you are no longer active as a contact person for the business or organization in connection with which we received these data, we will delete these immediately by our own initiative.
SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
Black Stallion B.V. will provide your personal data (limited to those listed above) only to third parties if this is necessary to execute an agreement with you, your company or your employer, or to comply with any legal obligation. On Black Stallion B.V.'s web site, general data about visitors may be monitored, among which the IP-address of your computer and the date and time of the access to page of the website, and data that your browser may send. Black Stallion B.V. does NOT use Google Analytics or similar analytics specialists to monitor how visitors use the web-site, except Statcounter (countries and regions, no specific IP addresses).
INSIGHT IN THE PERSONAL DATA, ADAPTATION AND REMOVAL OF THESE DATA
You have at all times the right to get informed about your personal data that we stored and/or processed, to have these corrected and/or removed. You can send your request for insight in, correction or removal of your personal data to jt@blackstallion-nl.com.
Black Stallion B.V. will follow up as soon as possible to your request, maar in any event within four weeks.

Black Stallion B.V. takes the protection of your personal data serious and takes the appropriate measured to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted publication and unauthorized alteration. Black Stallion B.V.'s website, through its e-mail hosting provider, uses a reliable SSL Certificate to ensure that your personal data, how limited these might be, do not fall into that hands of unauthorized people or organizations.
